Hi, I’m AD. Welcome to my little corner of the internet!
I live in Bangalore, and this is where I share pieces of my journey with you.
Back in 2015, during what was supposed to be an ordinary morning run, I felt my left foot drag. That small moment turned into a diagnosis that kept changing names, from Multiple Sclerosis to Long Segment Myelitis to now Unspecified (but really, what's in a name? 😉).
Like anyone, I went through the five stages of grief more times than I can count. And yet, here I am today.. more at peace, happier, and maybe a little wiser too.
I’ve named this space Simply Freewheeling because that’s the mood I try to keep - relaxed, curious, and happily rolling along.
Through this blog, I’ll share what it’s like navigating life as a paraplegic wheelchair user - the travels, the small wins, the musings, and yes, the occasional surprises too. My hope? That something here sparks a smile, a little courage, or even just a moment of connection.
